Q: Why should I use LISTINGDOCS.com instead the other software and sites available?
A: LISTINGDOCS is the original disclosure delivery system. It was designed and built by a licensed realtor so it is easier to use and functions much more effectively than any other program of its kind. Document upload and download is our “core” business and we just plain do it better and cleaner than anyone else. Our system has more steroids and functionality to handle your listing packets than any other option available. We also constantly upgrade the system from client comments and opinions; this means that future versions of the system will be improved by the actual realtors using the system, not some tech sitting in a room with no windows! Q: How do I upload my listing packets?
A: Our system is set up to remember you when logging in from your main workspace. Just check the "remember me" button when you login the first time and the system will remember you the next time you hit the site. Simply close your browser when you are done. If you do click the logout button before exiting, then the system will prompt you to log in the next time you enter.

Q: Do I need to download a program to view LISTINGDOCS™?
A: The system posts all LISTINGDOCS™ in PDF format. Therefore, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. This basic reader program is free and will allow you to open and view PDF LISTINGDOCS™. You can get the download by clicking here, then click the button that says “Get Adobe Reader”

Q: Are LISTINGDOCS™ available to the general public?
A: Our system is only promoted through word of mouth in the real estate industry and we are an “agent to agent” model. We added a further layer of security by requiring guests to sign up for login/password entry as well with their MLS info. Each client should beware of posting any sensitive information that is considered “confidential”. We also suggest each client get written permission from their sellers to post LISTINGDOCS™ on the site the same as they get permission for MLS entries, lockboxes, showings, etc… at their listing appointments. Most of the standard form language for listing agreements usually covers this already with general promotion language.

Q: What security measures are in place for the billing system and credit card info?
A: We use top of the line Authorize.net billing software to safeguard our client billing information. We believe it is the safest software available to handle our automated web billing service. If you would like to read more about Authorize.net and their SSL secure billing services, click here.

Q: Why do you only take credit card payments for monthly billing? Can I pay by check? Are group rates available for my office?
A: The system was set up to be as inexpensive as possible for the client, therefore we automated the billing system to limit cost in this area and keep the monthly rate low. We do offer an option to pay by check; however, it does require a 12 month commitment (at a discounted monthly rate). We also offer group rates for entire offices.
